The Art of the Winemaking Process
After exploring the vineyard, we were led into the winery. The space was cool and smelled faintly of oak barrels, as well as the subtle scent of fermentation. Here, we learned about the winemaking process—an intricate dance between science and art.
A walk through the cellar
Descending into the cellar, the temperature dropped slightly, and we were greeted by rows of barrels,
stacked and aging gracefully. This part of the winery felt timeless and almost magical. The low lighting and cool air created an atmosphere of quiet reverence, as if each barrel held a precious secret waiting to be revealed.
